REFLECTION
I learned a lot in Communication 1010, Communication at Work. I’ve never used the Roman Format we used for speeches before, never seen the information for making your visual aid streamlined before, and I’ve never used the Google meet up interface tat we did our group project through. I feel this class has really opened me up to a lot of new concepts and useful tools to communicate more effectively in the work place. I feel I can use all of the new things I learned above in my actual place of work and achieve a more professional appearance and workflow.

Executive Summary
The name of our group is “The Virtual Clean Team”. For our case study, we chose #3 "How can we housemates prevent the resentment that is building up among us over our messy environment and all agree to do our part in the cleanliness?” As a team, it is our purpose to solve this issue amongst housemates. While doing so we also take everyone’s proposed solutions into account.
During our first three meetings, we utilized the Dewey's Reflective Thinking Sequence using the acronym PAC BOY. During out first meeting, we stated our "P"roblem in addition to choosing our team name and assigning team roles according to our strengths. Our second meeting consisted of "A"nalyzing the problem and determining the "C"riteria requirements for an effective solution. During our third meeting, we "B"rainstormed any and all possible solutions, we then "O"rganized and narrowed to five possibilities that were the most attainable and said "Y"es to what we feel is the best solution.
We came up with criteria that suggested an ideal solution and how to implement it. The solution we proposed had to be as agreeable to all parties involved as possible. We attempted to see all perspectives to find the optimal strategy that no one would find unfavorable. The method we chose to present our solutions was to brainstorm all our team’s ideas no matter how ludicrous.
Our final solution for this situation is to hold a meeting for the housemates to discuss the issues, expectations and get their feedback as to a viable solution to correct the issues. Holding this meeting would be able to be an umbrella solution, covering and including many of the other partial solutions that were proposed during our teams brainstorming session, but were discarded as not extensive enough solutions to the entire situation. During this meeting between housemates it would be imperative to exercise open mindedness as to not insight resentment. We found this would be the most viable solution to the case study and would be the least likely scenario to cause contention.
